Jimmy, my service advisor, was outstanding—professional, communicative, and genuinely attentive throughout the process. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my rear tail light, explained the necessary repairs clearly, and had everything completed efficiently and to the highest standard. It’s rare to find service that is both technically proficient and warmly personal, but Jimmy delivered on both fronts. I highly recommend him to anyone needing service at this location. His care and expertise are exactly what you hope for from a premium brand like Mercedes-Benz. More
