4th Subaru, second from this dealership, overall good experience some minor suggestions to improve: 1. My question to Jimmy's via email (clarify what he asked for to get the new license plate) according to him went to Spam, good to have IT fix this so customers emails go to the salesperson and not to Spam. 2. I had to call to move things forward and pick-up the car, nobody notified me when the corporate lease paperwork was completed. Positive notes; Jimmy did a great job stepping in when Sarah was out, and glad to see that Dell Bacon (sold me the previous Subaru) is now the sales manager - Dell is a consummate professional and well-suited for a sales / management leadership role. Also, Kenny did a fantastic job showing me how the electronics worked in the new car vs my 2021 model....clearly other dealerships (Jimmy Britt recently I bought a new Jeep) failed in this area with the Jeep for my wife. I would be happy to get my next auto from this dealership & I'll recommend it to others. Best Regards, Kevin More
