Poor service experience.Folks in the shop rotated tires Poor service experience. Folks in the shop rotated tires but did not tighten the lug nuts on one of the wheels. This is the second Subaru I have purchased from Chatham Parkway Subaru. The entire team is diligent and knowledgeable. They value your time and do not play games. They got me exactly the model I wanted in Parkway Subaru. The entire team is diligent and knowledgeable. They value your time and do not play games. They got me exactly the model I wanted in my preferred color and I was and out of there, and through finance in less than an hour. Jimmy, my salesperson extraordinaire made sure I knew how to operate all the new safety features before the I left with a shiny new 2021 Crosstrek with a full tank of gas and service for life! More
