I've purchased several vehicles from this dealership over the years and have had several friends and relatives do the same. I give it the highest rating I can since all my service and purchases have been her the years and have had several friends and relatives do the same. I give it the highest rating I can since all my service and purchases have been here. My only setback was having to deal with the woman advisor, Samantha. After only dealing with her one time for a service visit, I was talked down to and belittled to the point that I just got back in my truck and left. I called and rescheduled when she was off so I wouldn't have to deal with her again. My friends and relatives also had some bad experiences with her as well. None of us had ever had a bad experience with any of the other service advisors. When they're busy, they're still professional and do their best and they've never beliittled me or anyone else I know. Recently I found out she no longers work there. Whatever the reason, Advantage is better off without her. I can now make my appointments and not worry about having to deal with her. More

Service went as well as expected. However, I used to get a car wash with my 2017 truck but was told my 2025 2500 HD truck was too big for the wash rack. I was scheduled for service (oil change and tire rotation) on November 18 at 10:30 a.m. I arrived ahead of schedule and checked in. Unfortunately, I was not informed that the service department was running behind schedule, nor was I provided any updates regarding delays while I waited. At approximately 12:10 p.m., I returned to the service department to inquire about the status of my vehicle. I was told I would need to wait a few minutes for the service advisor. Once the advisor became available, he located my vehicle paperwork and brought it to the cashier. I completed payment and left the dealership between 12:20 and 12:30 p.m. In total, I waited nearly two hours for a routine oil change and tire rotation. This experience did not reflect the level of service I have received in the past, and I am uncertain whether I will return for future service appointments. More

Brought my vehicle in for noise, Advantage told me it was the front hubs. I had them replace them. Driving home I heard a clunking noise, brought it back and they told me it was the front stabilizer bar. - A the front hubs. I had them replace them.
