I had the pleasure of working with Isaac during my recent service visit, and he continues to be exceptional every single time. Over the years, I’ve had my vehicles serviced at many different dealerships, service visit, and he continues to be exceptional every single time. Over the years, I’ve had my vehicles serviced at many different dealerships, and without question, Isaac provides the best experience I’ve ever had. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, kind, and genuinely cares about his customers. Isaac doesn’t just manage service, he builds trust. He takes the time to explain things clearly and makes sure you leave feeling confident and valued. I don’t know if Isaac is currently a service manager, but if he isn’t, he absolutely should be considered. At the end of the day, customer loyalty is built through consistent, outstanding experiences, and that is exactly what Isaac delivers. Popped in for routine service while I was in the state. Service was excellent and attentive. I'll definitely return next time I am in town if I need anything. Service takes too long and is expensive. I spent over $1000.00 recently and didn't even get a car wash. I will never go back to this dealership. I will drive an hour away if it is necessary for my truck to go to a Nissan dealership. The service department is a joke. This Dealership is Great, from the receptionist to the service department. The salesman, the office staff, they are ALL helpful, courteous, and efficient.
