New to area Just moved to the area and wasn’t sure where to bring my car since there isn’t an Infiniti dealer in town. Nissan dealer in Louisiana had told us they Just moved to the area and wasn’t sure where to bring my car since there isn’t an Infiniti dealer in town. Nissan dealer in Louisiana had told us they could not service our turbocharged model. When I called Pearson they double checked and affirmed that they could and set an appointment. Outstanding service! Professional and friendly from the time I pulled up. Jimmy was top notch. Price was more than reasonable. Will Definitely be back! More

Terrible and last experience We took the vehicle in for two issues. Neither repaired the first visit. One issue never repaired and we were charged $340 for the wrong part. And, not to mention, the vehicle was driven into a fence by their service writer and they took three weeks to repair it with no apology or mention of a loaner. This was our second Nissan and the first was purchased at this dealership in 2009. We'll never buy another Nissan and never go back to a Nissan Dealership for service. Need I say more? More

They just don't care! We had a problem with our tow harness. At the same time the engine light came on. We took it to this dealership to have both problems repaired. W We had a problem with our tow harness. At the same time the engine light came on. We took it to this dealership to have both problems repaired. When we picked it up, the service writer ran into a fence damaging the front end. The trailer harness had been replaced as well as a vent valve, which they said caused the engine light to come on. The bill was almost $700. When we left the lot and turned the truck on and off once, the light came back on. When we hooked up to a trailer, the lights weren't working. We had an appointment to bring it back for the repairs. We called twice and emailed twice, during the three plus weeks they had it, with no response. Finally, after contacting Nissan USA, the service writer called and said it was ready. The body work was done OK, the trailer lights now work, but the engine light is still on. We're not going back to this dealership..., ever! More
