One star because of the service manager. Service advisor Vanessa was very good. Manager was extremely rude and very unprofessional. Needs to go to diversity training or replace him. Kind in front of the dealership management staff but not to a customer. Wasn't even worth the one star. In my many years I have never run into a individual like him. So sad. I called the dealership,yesterday and today, left a message for Miles and/or the GM to call me regarding a employee. That was the message I left/no call back as of 3:00pm today December 28, 2025. My 2014 Nissan 370 Z developed a wiring problem that was very difficult to diagnose because it was intermittent, cause different check engine codes and a limp car response at times.
