I’ve leased and owned over 10 Nissans over the past 20 years and now that I own one, I needed the washer pump replaced on my ‘20 Rogue. Well $170 just to diagnose then $666 to fix it with a $90 part. I bo years and now that I own one, I needed the washer pump replaced on my ‘20 Rogue. Well $170 just to diagnose then $666 to fix it with a $90 part. I bought the part from Jenkins for $63 and paid a mechanic $100 to install it. Nissan just lost a very loyal customer. You should be ashamed at how your service exploits owners who need simple repairs. I’d expect to pay that for a much bigger repair. But a windshield washer pump for $700? And you marked up the price of the part too? Nope. I’m done with Nissan. P.S. it looks like I’m not the only one who noticed, your stock is in the toilet and your attempts to be bailed out by taxpayers is a joke. More

Was nice to work with, of course the sticker price did not match the price if you already had financing. The only thing that made no sense was giving us our new vehicle on an empty tank of diesel. They st not match the price if you already had financing. The only thing that made no sense was giving us our new vehicle on an empty tank of diesel. They stated they had no way to fill it up. But if I didn’t buy it that day they would have had someone fill it up to give test drives. That was our only issue with the dealership. Someone could have gotten filled when we are spending that much on a truck. More
