The service was great and my vehicle was done pretty quickly. I had a recall done and my transmission flushed. Everything was done under 2 hours and my vehicle has ran perfectly fine since then. However, their bathroom was absolutely disgusting. There was urine all over the floor and seats in the WOMENS restroom and it smelled horrendous. That’s my only complaint. More

I received a email showing my car under it was ad for$79. 7qt oil change and rotation.i drove front gnvl to ocala.when i got there i was told this was only for nissan.i asked yo soeak mgr.Jimmy when I asked h 7qt oil change and rotation.i drove front gnvl to ocala.when i got there i was told this was only for nissan.i asked yo soeak mgr.Jimmy when I asked him about it he told ne I needed to learn to read audio i clicked on details it showed that.at this point I got mad.i told him he was a jerk.he said thank you bye and turned his back to me .I was furious .I told Samantha t do car since here.snd talked to Mgr at counter Nea was extremely helpful.they filled my gas up .. More
