Unethical AF. Traded in my vehicle on a lease. Agreed upon an equity refund to be "overnighted" to me within 48-72 hours. Four days later the refund check still h Traded in my vehicle on a lease. Agreed upon an equity refund to be "overnighted" to me within 48-72 hours. Four days later the refund check still has not been issued because the deal has not "been funded" and the title paperwork hasn't been processed. Neither of these conditions were presented to me before leaving the dealership. Hoodwinked. Never doing business with them again in any form or fashion. Look elsewhere if you're in the market for Dodge, Keep, or RAM! More
