I got a horrible deal on my car and I put down $12,000. It took me almost a year to get the oil change I was promised. After the oil change there was something missing out of my car. My Tues 2p first oil change and one tire replacement took 4.5 hours and the free wash would have extended the time, which is beyond ridiculous. Capri was nice enough but it would have been nice to receive at 4.5 hours and the free wash would have extended the time, which is beyond ridiculous. Capri was nice enough but it would have been nice to receive at least one update prior ti me asking for a status update 3.5 hrs in. The link with updates never updated and only showed the start of my service. Upon getting on the road I noticed the tire pressure on the new tire was 10 below the other 3 tires and it never adjusted and needed more air. Worst was while driving on the freeway with my son we quickly noticed the hood was not latched nearly causing an accident. I recommend you all do better checks and balances before returning a vehicle. I’d rather drive farther to another Nissan service and pay for my oil changes than to ever return. More

I have been bringing my car to this dealership for years for service, and while my past experiences have been mixed, I want to take a moment to acknowledge the outstanding professionalism and care sho years for service, and while my past experiences have been mixed, I want to take a moment to acknowledge the outstanding professionalism and care shown by Capri and Jimmy. They are consistently friendly, attentive, and make an effort to ensure customers feel seen and supported. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the rest of the staff. On several occasions, including my most recent visit, I experienced a lack of basic courtesy—no greetings, no updates, just blank stares while others sat behind their desks. It can be frustrating to stand there waiting without even a simple acknowledgment like, “Someone will be right with you.” To be transparent, I did arrive at this visit feeling frustrated due to the delay in being checked in, and my attitude may have reflected that. However, Capri handled the situation with grace and professionalism. After finishing with her prior client, she assisted me kindly and efficiently, which helped turn my experience around.
