Great Experience at Lost Pines Toyota Lost Pines Toyota customer service is great. The whole team really cared about putting us in a solid vehicle that wouldn't break down. I would drive 2 hours to get my vehicle there next time! My wife and I live in Houston, and we lost our vehicle in Hurricane Harvey. In the weeks following the hurricane, there was a rush on used vehicles in Houston. We were looking for a specific used Subaru, and each time we found one at a dealer it was gone before we were able to drive it. We found the vehicle we were looking for on the Lost Pines Toyota website, and when I called they put me in contact with Jimmy Voigt. He confirmed that the vehicle was available. My wife, 2-year-old, I had to make the 2 hour drive from Houston to Bastrop which was going to land us there at about 9 pm on a Saturday. Jimmy, Dee, his sales manager, and Ben, the financier, all stayed late and waited for us to arrive. They had the vehicle waiting and ready to be driven. They let us put a car seat in the vehicle and take our toddler on the ride. The car was great; exactly what we were looking for, except we noticed a very slight chirp coming from the engine when we accelerated. We asked Jimmy to listen to it, and he brought Dee over. They acknowledged the sound and determined it was a loose pulley. They promised to have the service department take a look at it on Monday, and made it very clear that they would not sell us a broken vehicle which meant that if they were unable to make it perfect, the deal would be off. We agreed to that, and sat down to talk price. Dee was fair when it came to negotiating and gave us a really good deal--a lot better than we could find in Houston. And he promised to deliver the vehicle since they were going to take a look at it the next week. Ben got us through the paperwork in lightning speed, and at 11:45 pm we were on out the door. Jimmy was responsive and helpful the next week. The service department determined that the chirping was, in fact, due to a loose pulley, and they went above and beyond by completely replacing it at their cost rather than simply tightening and calling it good. Later in the week, they delivered the vehicle to my house, again at their expense. I definitely recommend Lost Pines Toyota for new or used. More

Not to call anyone out in other Austin dealerships, no one can hold a candle to the Team at Lost Pines Toyota in Bastrop. More
