I live 4 hours away from where this dealer is located. They had the perfect car for what I was looking for. Lost Pines Toyota was very accommodating with my situation living so far away and did everything for me through the phone and email. They sent me all the final paperwork the day before I took the trip down there to get my new car, so I could see exactly what I was signing before I went down. It was EXACTLY what we discussed. No hidden fees. no hidden charges. They were very upfront and told me exactly what the breakdown was. When I got there all I had to do was sign on the dotted line and they gave me the keys and I left. I was there 35-45 minutes tops. BEST EXPERIENCE WITH A DEALER EVER! Finance was great, sales was great, service was great. Enough said. Will probably buy my next car there because its worth the 4 hour road trip over getting ripped off at the dealerships near me. More
