Treated like a VIP, before I was a VIP I purchased a car from New Smyrna Chrysler Jeep Ram and after just 5 weeks my engine exploded, while I was driving on 95. It was by the grace of God t I purchased a car from New Smyrna Chrysler Jeep Ram and after just 5 weeks my engine exploded, while I was driving on 95. It was by the grace of God that I wasn’t involved in an accident. I was stranded along 95 at 9pm....ALONE with a car that wouldn’t start. All I could do was sit in my newly purchased $6000 car, and cry. I used the insurance money I received from an accident where I was rear ended, and now, I was out of money. I contacted New Smyrna Chrysler, and they refused to stand behind their sale. They corresponded with me just long enough to ask whether the car was still in my possession, and how much the repair would cost. After our conversations, they told me the car isn’t worth anything....yet, when they sold it to me, everyone’s mother had one with high miles and what great cars they were. I made numerous attempts to contact the dealership, but I was never spoken to again. I ended up having the car, 2014 Toyota Prius V, towed to Daytona Toyota, and was greeted with open arms, and a shoulder to cry on. Jennifer Kantor, in the service department, was able to secure a loaner vehicle for me to use, while I figured out how to find the $5000 to fix my car. Daytona Toyota worked with me every step of the way, and truly empathized with my situation. Jimmy Wilkes, internet sales supervisor, worked to find me the perfect salesperson, Tony Taylor. Tony’s personality and commitment to finding me the perfect car for my needs and budget, will never go unappreciated. Jhonny Rosell moved mountains with the finance department to get me as much money as humanly possible for a car that didn’t run. I know that’s what they tell you, and it’s the typical “game”, but I KNOW they truly helped as much as they could with what I was able to bring to the table. After 12 days, I drove away in a car knowing I am safe, and that I will NEVER be alone again. More

No gimmicks, no hassle! This is my third car purchase from this family, my first from Daytona Toyota. My experience with Daytona Toyota was hands down the best. Jimmy and CJ This is my third car purchase from this family, my first from Daytona Toyota. My experience with Daytona Toyota was hands down the best. Jimmy and CJ worked really hard to find something that met my needs and remained in my price range. Even though I kept her late, Kelly in finance was still a joy to work with. She got me a payment even lower than we expected and a lot of additional warranty coverages. Kelly is truly a major asset to this company.
