I called Daytona Toyota on a Friday and spoke with salesperson Neil. I told him what I was looking for, a Toyota Highlander, black on black on black. I was driving in from downtown Orlando. He immediately eyeball the vehicle I was looking for and sent photos which was great! On Saturday I drove down to see Neil and he had all of the paperwork ready to go. Told me the car was fueled up and cleaned. It’s a 2026 Toyota Highlander, the luxury edition! I was then sent up to Juan, who was very easy to deal with and explained everything clearly. Great guy! I have to say people like going to car dealerships as much as they like going to the dentist lol! This was very different. I’m 63 years old and I’ve been to car dealers before. Always very painful. This was not the case here by any stretch of the imagination. Neil and Juan were professional, but funny and easy to deal with! Was driving away in about an hour and a half after filling out the paperwork! Easy breezy! By far the best car dealership I have ever dealt with! More
