Liked Taylor and Jimmy. Didn't care for the finance person. He refused to finance with EFCU. instead financed through Ally, I have to pay a higher percentage and there are n Didn't care for the finance person. He refused to finance with EFCU. instead financed through Ally, I have to pay a higher percentage and there are no local branches if I need customer service. I have several accounts with EFCU and they have a branch in the same parking lot where my wife works. Our salesperson said we could finance wherever we wanted but the finance person said McKenzie gets money from Ally for using them. I personally don't give A xxxx about your kick backs the customer should come first. The reason I wasn't at Alan Turner Chevrolet buying a new Chevy truck instead of McKenzie buying a new GMC is because they pulled the same financing scheme when I bought a new 2019 Traverse. I won't be shopping at either place for my next vehicle. I will be settling the finances first and foremost the next time. More
