By far the best dealer experience I’ve had. My previous three cars were a BMW M 4, a Range a rover sport and a Porsche and none of these dealers gave me a better service. Excellent job done by Jimmy. Shout out to Star Subaru and it’s team. Hands down one of the best experience I’ve had in leasing a vehicle. The whole team starting with internet sales Ms. Mackenzie who was very helpful and who provided us the best experience I’ve had in leasing a vehicle. The whole team starting with internet sales Ms. Mackenzie who was very helpful and who provided us with more in depth information about leasing our first Subaru. We were assisted by CSC Jimmy who was indeed knowledgable and patient as we reviewed the desired vehicle along with it’s features and helping us process all the appropriate documentation. Mike and the manager was very helpful and worked with our financial background that led to driving home our very first Subaru in the same day. My wife and I are very satisfied with the vehicle, specially with the whole process of getting it. Star Subaru and it’s team are extremely professional, courteous and definitely knows what customer service is about. They made the transaction for us undeniably worth while. Thanks again SS! More
