Jing Lau was wonderful ... Though our first impression was not good ... We arrived at our appt time to be told the vehicle we scheduled to test drive and buy was not at the dealership ... Was told it was was not good ... We arrived at our appt time to be told the vehicle we scheduled to test drive and buy was not at the dealership ... Was told it was sent to a location long distance away getting a safety check ... Then said “all BMW’s drive the same so not a big deal” yikes ! Trying to tell us to sign papers on a vehicle we can’t even test drive ... We said that ... Vehicle was delivered but had to wait about 45 minutes ... now I’m worried the safety check want completed ...as we bought it and drive it away same day More

I started looking private sale for our x5 50i msport. Herb Chambers had one slightly above our budget but the vehicle was immaculate. CPO, factory warranty, etc. My first visit sent me running after salesman Kevin made a distasteful joke about my 8mo pregnant wife (he called her fat). Maybe it was our generational gap that made us uncomfortable, regardless, we left. A friend out ours recommended we speak to Jing instead. So we made an appointment with him. Significantly better experience. Jing is to the point, remembered our names from the get-go, and made us feel welcome at the dealership. We closed the deal with Jing and could not be happier.
