The service department charged unfairly high labor fees for services that did not fix the engine/address original issue with car. Reasoning from the service manager was that even though the original issue for services that did not fix the engine/address original issue with car. Reasoning from the service manager was that even though the original issue was misdiagnosed (and therefore services did not actually fix the car) he had to complete those repairs to discover the actual issue with the car. Poor customer service and lack of consideration for the customer. More

This dealership has the best people and have always done a excellent job on my automobile. Customer service is excellent and so is the product that they put out. I am never let down when I have to take my vehicles to Hall Mazda. Jolynn, my service consultant, was friendly and efficient. I just moved to the area needed an oil change and my low tire light was on, Hall Mazda got me right in! The waiting area was so nice it had an electric monitor that provided up to date information on custo tire light was on, Hall Mazda got me right in! The waiting area was so nice it had an electric monitor that provided up to date information on customers car status, the chairs had side tables were you can plug in your electric devices, they also provided snacks and gourmet coffee.
