go somewhere else it seems that whatever you bring to this place it takes them 3 trys to get it done. What an incovenience! I love Toyota.This is my second purchase. I have always been treated with respect. I have always been greeted properly. I drop my car before 9:00 am, I requested to do car inspection, the oil chance, replace a light bulb and a metal nose coming from the engine,I wasn't sure what it was, I requested if I can have the ca inspection, the oil chance, replace a light bulb and a metal nose coming from the engine,I wasn't sure what it was, I requested if I can have the car at 1:00 pm and I was told that was ok. I received a phone call telling me the light system wast not working and that it needs to be fix because that one was priority for me to get my car inspection, I agreed to do it. later I received another phone call,this time I was told that the light system was ok that they only thing that they did was to replace a light bulb just as I request at the time that I drop my car andI was ask if I want to do the rear brake according to her I need brake very bad and She gave me a very hight price but I agree to do it because I wanted my inspection to be done. After 4:00 pm I was call and told that my car was ready to be pick up. Once I got my car I stared and a light came on, I went back right away inside and I told her about the light, and I was told that I drop the car in the morning already with that light on, after several minutes talking about they finally decided to rest the car. I would NEVER EVER recommend to some body else to go to the Toyota service in Hempstead and I not coming back EVER AGAIN. More

I have usually found the service department to be very thorough and the work completed in a timely manner.. The service personnel are generally knowledgeble and helpful. The service personnel are usually correct when they assess what the problem may be and when quoting the costs of repairs. However, approximately a year ago I had a rip in the upholstery and had a difficult time trying to get it repaired. Luckily one of the senior service personnel (Rick or Rich) was familar with this problem and knew that an outside vendor had to be contacted to repair the upholstery. Thanks to Rick it took about two months to rectify this problem but at least he was instrumental in making sure that the problem was taken cars of. My Camry is approximately two years old and I have been very pleased with it and with the service department. Thank you. Valerie Francis More
