My experience with other dealers was that not only they fix the wrong thing, but then they try to get me to trade my car for a new one. I had a 4Runner in service two years ago, that was purchased at my dealership in PA and was amazed by the service department then......I just had my fathers Camry in for service at Millennium and again was astounded by the service department. At first I thought there must be something in the water at the dealership, I've never seen service department people so friendly and willing to go above and beyond to ensure the satisfaction of a customer the way the staff does at Millennium. TRASMISSION PROBLEM since this is my third car from your Co. ,I have had no problem,except for the for my recent problem they can't correct the problem,even the Toyota re since this is my third car from your Co. ,I have had no problem,except for the for my recent problem they can't correct the problem,even the Toyota rep can't solve it.AFTER SEVERAL REPAIRS WE WERE TOLD THAT WE MAY BE HITTING THE SHIFT HANDLE.BS WE ARE DISAPO[NTED WITH YOU AND TOYOTA.SINCE THE PROBLEM OCCURRRED INTERMITTANLLY WE HAVE OFFERED TO LEAVE THE CAR AND HAVE SOMEONE DRIVE IT FOR A FEW DAYS.
