Update to previous review: The GM Emre called me as soon as he saw this review and expressed his apologies and asked for a chance to make things right. Met with Joanne, the Service Director, this morning and couldn’t be more grateful. They are ordering the part and will take a look at the other issue when I bring it back for install. The service I experienced today was exceptional and I would recommend to others. If you are purchasing a car here that you notice needs repairs I would highly recommend bringing the GM into the loop right away to avoid the previous experience I had.
