He kept sayinf he would follow up and we never heard from him. I had to call the finance manager Shami, who was amazing. He got all the documents ready and we signed them digitally, which was our preference. Secondly the sales manaher, Louis Leon stepped in, apologized profusely and made some concessions for us. He lliterally saved the deal. He treated my family like royalty. If it was not for him we would have gone to another dealership. I would definitely recommend this dealership. The Dealership was very helpful with financing the vehicle, but disappointing in my trade in. They did step up with providing a second key and replacing the carpet in the rear of the car as it was dam vehicle, but disappointing in my trade in. They did step up with providing a second key and replacing the carpet in the rear of the car as it was damaged. They also replaced the rear bumper that was cracked. My sales person Joaquin Anchoverri did an excellent job and also the manager Luis Leon. It took some time to get everything coordinated but in the end it was worth it. More
