After being let down by two shady Kia dealers, I came to Carl Black, and glad I did. He worked with me over several days to get to a deal that worked for me, but without being pushy. Everyone else at the dealership was easy to work with as well, and the fees were competitive and transparent. Even after the sale, when we transferred everything from the old car to the new car, Lukas asked to helped us move everything over and walked around with my toddler to distract him - he didn't have to do that, it was genuine kindness. Upon arrival, I was unsure whether I was going to buy or lease and I had a ton of questions regarding the different configurations and trim levels of the trucks I was interested in. He was very thorough in answering my questions and was very patient with me. There was not a single question that he didn't know the answer to. After finally deciding which truck I wanted, he went over a multitude of financing options with me until we found the right fit. Once we agreed to all of the terms he introduced me to Shami, who finalized the paperwork and was also very friendly and efficient. Overall, this is my favorite dealership as everyone is super friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. I will definitely be back for future vehicles. More
