Customer centered service We came late for the appointment and jody gladly accepted us for the service. We even granted a discount coupon. The service unexpectedly took longer We came late for the appointment and jody gladly accepted us for the service. We even granted a discount coupon. The service unexpectedly took longer than usual. I am with my 5 year old and she is getting impatient. Gladly they have the books and play area, it kept her busy for a while. But it was already almost 2 hours when they finished with my Pilot. Knowingly I am going be disappointed by the wait, Jody came in and apologized for the long wait and even took care of all the expenses for the service. More

They give me a breakdown of what my car needs, and if I am unable to afford everything at Everyone in the Love Honda Service Department is wonderful! It's incredibly helpful, everyone is always very nice, and they feel like family. Often you hear "the dealership is too expensive", but this one isn't.
