She is very polite and professional while showing a caring nature concerning a customer’s desir Jodi is the best service consultant I have ever known! She is very polite and professional while showing a caring nature concerning a customer’s desire to know what is going on with their car, how much will it cost to fix, and how long will it take to be done. She utilizes coupons and discounts to save me money. She met me at my car when I arrived, kept communicaring throughout my service visit, and escorted me to the payment window going through each charge and the toral due making sure I had no questions concerning charges. She wishes me well on my way out the door even if with another customer! I find that my car is repaired or serviced well and my car continues to run very well at 6 years old. I will continue to use Love Honda for all my Honda service needs! More
