“Tire”d of screws! Once again I had a screw in my tire but it couldn’t be fixed this time. It was explained to me that 2 tires would be needed and why. Well ya gotta do Once again I had a screw in my tire but it couldn’t be fixed this time. It was explained to me that 2 tires would be needed and why. Well ya gotta do what ya gotta do! I asked if I should just get 4 tires and the service rep said it wasn’t necessary at that point but she offered a deal on 4 tires that I couldn’t pass up. I was assured I would love the tires (and there’s a 1 year road hazard provision on them). Truthfully the new tires improved the ride and handling of my car. I feel like I have a new car! More

Even Better Than Expected! I want to be sure that you know how much I appreciate the excellent service I have received from the Love Honda service advisors and technicians. I want to be sure that you know how much I appreciate the excellent service I have received from the Love Honda service advisors and technicians. Jodie has helped me the last few years when I have needed work done on my car and each visit has been a superior experience in every respect. She seems to know all the right questions to ask to quickly get to the heart of the issue, and does an excellent job of communicating between the technicians and me, resulting in a problem that is “fixed right the first time”, every time. She is the main reason that I feel comfortable coming to Love Honda with my ancient but beloved Odyssey! Because she understands that I love this car and do not want a new one at this time, she helps me understand the priority of each issue (and since it’s a Honda, there haven’t been many isues!) in relation to safety, efficiency and cost, and together we come up with the best solution for my car and situation every time. This is amazing! I have also worked with Glenn several times and found an equally “customer service oriented” attitude. These advisors and others over the years have been what’s kept me coming back, in the early 2000’s with a 1993 Honda wagon, and since 2007, with this 2005 Odyssey. As an official “old person” who has been driving mostly Hondas since my first 1974 Civic as well as a “survivor” of 30 years' worth of too many company transfers, through too many states, to count - I have dealt with a lot of auto repair places, many of them Honda dealerships. Love Honda service is, hands down, the best. It has the feel of a small town shop, where everyone knows each other and wants to help, combined with the skills and equipment of a modern high-tech shop. Whatever you all are doing over there, please just keep it up! KB More

Good. Very friendly but don't understand why it took an hour and a half for just an oil change and tire rotation.
