Latch I took my CRV to have the latch on my hatch replaced, which was covered undered warranty. I never have a bad experience at Love Honda. If i just come in for an oil change or any other service matters...they are always very friendly and treat you right. TRASHY PAX tires I bought a Honda with PAX tires which were/are trash. The first set didn't last 20,000 miles before they rotted and needed to be changed out at full I bought a Honda with PAX tires which were/are trash. The first set didn't last 20,000 miles before they rotted and needed to be changed out at full price. The next couple of sets lasted to 30,000 - 35,000 miles (Yahoo). Honda said that they would not/could not replace with regular tires and garages that would do were price prohibitive. I finally found a garage that would do it for a reasonable price and now Honda did it for less than a new set of PAX tires. My wife is disabled and the Honda is modified to meet her needs so we can't just trade off and finally got the problem fixed. More

I pulled up to the dealership at my appointment time, and was met by a service tech, who began his tasks immediately. I was instructed to go into the waiting area and he would meet me upon completion of his info gathering, which he did. We went over why I was there, he took my coupon, we discussed the price, and I had a seat in the waiting area until the tasks were complete, about a half hour. All was good and I went about my business. More
