She informed me of the oil change and tire rotation special up front, which was not how my previous dealer did business...very refreshing! Jodie, my Service Advisor, also did a fantastic job! She went all out to address my needs and did everything better than my highest expectations. She carefully explained every detail of the repair order and inspection and I simply cannot remember ever having such a positive service experience. Hoping just oil change, but. . . Went in for oil change and tire rotation, which I got. But my 2012 Odyssey is wearing out on me! She needed rear brakes and a battery. Also found out tires only have about 10k left on them and timing belt will need changing about then too! Took a ride in a new Odyssey EX-L which has more features on it than my Touring! Love the ride and new safety features! Instead of paying the service bill, I bought a new Odyssey from Brian Delbert, our agent, who is super! Now on our 3rd Honda!! More
