The air conditioning on my 2013 Toyota Sienna stopped working on the driver side only. I had initially taken it to an independent auto repair shop who after keeping it all day had told me it would requir working on the driver side only. I had initially taken it to an independent auto repair shop who after keeping it all day had told me it would require taking out my dashboard to replace a servo motor and would cost around $1900. Left and went to Fred Anderson Toyota and explained my situation to Terry Underdue. He said it was unusual for a Toyota Sienna to have a bad servo motor in this situation. He suggested testing my ac under pressure and checking for leaks. I approved the test and they found my condenser coil was leaking. Replaced the condenser coil, purged and recharged my cooling system. Everything works fine now and over $500 less than I would have paid for the wrong fix. Terry also arranged for me to use a free rental car to get home while I waited overnight. I truly appreciate Terry’s help, his expertise, and his willingness to help me out. More
