The best buying experiance I have purchased thru a dealer 25 cars in my life prior to this one so there is some background to draw from. This time I worked with 6 dealers some I have purchased thru a dealer 25 cars in my life prior to this one so there is some background to draw from. This time I worked with 6 dealers some in my back yard others 3.5 hr drive. This dealership and Jody was a pleasure to work with. What they said they were going to do they did. We were able to appraise my Honda with pictures and information online, when I arrived at the dealership no issue the offer was honored. The price on the 4 runner was the same as agreed. Showed up some paperwork instructions on the new 4 runner off we were on our way home. With the other dealers some were nice but bring your care in lets talk aka give me 3 or 4 hours of your life. One offered a great price on the 4 runner but the more he emailed me the price he offered was the same but the bottom line kept going up??? I felt like a hockey goalie with no arms or legs trying to fend him off and that was just emails I feared what would happen in person. I am fairly certain he has horns and a tail. More

We purchased our first new car (Prius) back in 2011 and then purchased our first certified used car (Sienna) back in 2012. We purchased them both at Fred Anderson. While this was the first time working with Jody and Rashanda, I felt the same wonderful service and continued to feel like family. I will admit I had 3 warm chocolate chip cookies while there.
