Amazing Car Buying Experience, They Went Above and Beyond! I purchased a new Rav4 yesterday, after enjoying my previous Rav4 for 13 1/2 years. I was originally supposed to get a car at the end of January, but I purchased a new Rav4 yesterday, after enjoying my previous Rav4 for 13 1/2 years. I was originally supposed to get a car at the end of January, but it was damaged in transit (and immediately rejected by the dealership), so I had to wait for another one. Jody was amazing and very patient with me. He wasn't pushy with the negotiations or trying to upsell me on things I didn't want. When my new car arrived he went through every feature with me again (going from a 2001 to 2017 Rav is a word of difference). Jody has a great personality and sense of humor and makes the whole car buying experience as enjoyable as possible. When it came to working with finance, Scott was just as fabulous as Jody. I even had questions after I left the dealership and Scott took time to explain them to me. Kudos Fred Anderson! You will definitely continue to get my business and I will gladly send referals. More

I got a call from Jody at Fred Anderson and he convinced me to come down and give them a chance. I was apprehensive but decided to try them out. Jody was extremely professional. Him and the finance guys looked at my documents, my credit score and helped me with the document. They showed care and therefore whatever document they asked for, I provided. They were fair on price and I felt I received the best deal among all dealerships! More
