He was also very convincing and comforting about my being able to trust the Fred Anderson Toyota dealership for the longer term. Business aside, Jody is a knowledgeable and funny guy. Time flew by. I gave the dealership 5 stars for several key reasons: 1) Jody and the other employees I met were very effective and friendly. 2) They had the Highlander XLE with all of the features I wanted (didn't have to settle). 3) They were the lowest price of the 5 dealerships I explored. 4) Their good reputation was comforting. Jody stayed late to meet with us the third day to finalize the sale after we were able to get out of work. I never felt pushed into a sale and wasn't burdened with repeated calls after we left to think about it. More

After being dissatisfied with I arrived at Fred Anderson Toyota at roughly 8:30am on Monday March 5th...not even sure that I was going to buy a car. After being dissatisfied with a used car purchased last May, I just thought I would walk around the lot before they got too busy to see if anything interested me. Once I made the decision that I was going to buy a car, I talked with financing FIRST to see what my best options would be. After that, I met Jody Fleming in the lobby and I am so glad I did. He is made to be a salesperson (not in a bad way at all.) He has the personality, the knowledge and was honest throughout the ENTIRE process. The way he pointed out the safety features, and extras on the car--he went above and beyond. This was by far the best experience in buying a car. It was stress free and didn't take as long as I expected. I appreciated the follow up call and the follow up email from Jody. My husband is approaching 400K miles on his pickup truck. I hope Jody is still there when it's his turn to buy. We will look for him as we wish not to use anyone else to buy our car. More

I was settled on the Highlander that I test drove but then I had second thoughts on the 2nd row seating and Jody said, "well, let's go try out our options and see what you like." Bottom line, Jody was fantastic ... could not have been better! I recommend talking to him if you're looking for a new vehicle. He's awesome. More
