Car was purchased there in May 2024, had issues stalling within one week. Brought it back to them and they admitted putting bad gas in it at purchase, but told us to take to Chevrolet dealer and use our ext within one week. Brought it back to them and they admitted putting bad gas in it at purchase, but told us to take to Chevrolet dealer and use our extended warranty to repair ( paid 3 grand for this). Chevrolet said that the problem was routine maintenance that should have been taken care of before Bill Hood put car up for sale. Note I paid $200 diagnostic fee to be told this. If we got it fixed at Chevrolet it would be around $700 not covered by warranty so we returned to Bill Hood Hammond and returned car to them for service. There it sits times one week and no one will talk to us and let us know when to expect it to be ready or what's going on. The text system for info is a joke as no one answers that either. The service manager is always at lunch anytime of day and never returns a phone call. I would not recommend anyone purchase anything from them as you will never get any service and they do not stand behind what they sell. I went to a dealer lot spent 20k on a first car for my son bought 3k warranty and this is where I am paying note and nothing to drive and no idea when or if it will be repaired and returned to me. More
