The prices are always better than other dealerships, the showroom and lots are always full of many cars to look at and the new service center is a great update over the old one. I have always been pampered in the service center by the staff including Prue, Erin and John Monka. The finance team is very laid back and easy to finalize purchases with but my favorite thing about the dealership is my sales rep, Joe Alfano. We have developed a personal friendship and he has always gone above and beyond to find ways to make any crazy requests possible. He's no pressure, easy to deal with and genuine. Joe's boss Rick Vralblik has also proven to be helpful and flexible to make deals work. More

He was extremely knowledgeable, honest, not pushy, funny, listened to all my crazy worries and concerns and treated my son and I like we were the most important people in his life. My son was leasing his first new car and Joe went over everything with him about the car that he choose even though it was well beyond his workday hours. We truly felt like family.
