Joe did a wonderful job in understanding the issue with my car and he wrote the service ticket accordingly. If the car had required extended service the dealership did not have any loaner cars available my car and he wrote the service ticket accordingly. If the car had required extended service the dealership did not have any loaner cars available. The dealership did not have any on-site rental cars. However, the dealership did offer shuttle service to a rental car company. More

Joe went way above and beyond to help me get my credit card indo off of the system. I eas prepared to cancel my card but he figured out how delete this very sensitive info out of the system. Joe has been awesome and very knowledgeable about the needs of service for our 2004 Chevy Tahoe. We have used Emich Chevrolet before it became Emich’s my tag still says Luby Chevrolet.
