There was no question who I was going to call. We did not have much time to shop. Jon helped my wife and I find a new vehicle utilizing the internet. Jon worked around my wife's schedule to allow us to test drive and pick up a new Trax on a Friday evening. The car is enjoyable to drive and Jon made us a great deal to allow it to fit our budget. These days It's hard to find people and businesses that are so focused on customer satisfaction like Emich Chevrolet. More

I've never gone straight to a dealer before (I usually buy through a broker) as it can be intimidating and you just don't know about the deal your getting. This was not the case at emich. Zach duty and his team were very transparent about all the details of the vehicle and financing. He gave me a great test drive and thorough explanation of all of the vehicles features. I still had my broker price check them and he could not get a better deal anywhere. colt in financing didn't try to over sell the extras and checked my banks intrest rate just for comparison. Joe in service even got me staggered blizzaks for the car. Overall I'm very happy. More

We keep coming back because our experiences are always pleasurable. Our original salesman is now working in the finance department and remembered us. Andrew Espinoza is wonderful at his job. He walked us through the options available to us. Explaining as much as we wanted. Matt Laramy sold us our last two cars from Emich. He was patient as my son bought his first new car. He talked to him about the benefits and features with each of his options. He explained what the payments would be on each new and used. What warranty options there were and why they were different with each deal. Joe Altmix even came by to say hi. He is always there with a wealth of information if I have questions about the service of any of our vehicles. I would highly recommend this team. Thanks guys More
