Hello! My name is Joseph, but I go by Joe. I am born and raised from Denver, CO. I joined the automotive industry in 2018 after working as a Nutritionist at UC Health for almost six years. I have a husky and a terrier mix at home - I love dogs! Some of my passions and hobbies include riding motorcycles, paddling with my Dragonboat team, and being outdoors. My favorite Mazda model is the CX-5 because it has a sporty feel & enough space to haul! I look forward to helping you here at Schomp Mazda.

This dealership has the worst communication I have ever experienced. They do not call back. Their texting causes great confusion. Our paperwork had the wrong email. The sales manager Diego has zero ans experienced. They do not call back. Their texting causes great confusion. Our paperwork had the wrong email. The sales manager Diego has zero answers and sends you to the sales rep who wasn't responding in the first place. Zero attention to detail. Evasive in the answers. We consented to an add on but they didn't start it until we arrived and wasted hours of our time. Had to call back to see if our signed paperwork was sent to the wrong address. That would be another nightmare with this dealership. Not impressed. We have bought plenty of cars before and this is the worst experience so far. More

I had a fabulous experience at Schomp Mazda on Havana in CO. Joe Aya was very patient and knowledgeable. I was able to get the new cx50 which is hard to come by right now and I absolutely love it! The salesman we scheduled an appointment with was very unprofessional and not very thoughtful. We scheduled a time to test drive a Mazda CX-5 touring because it was the perfect car with everything we have unprofessional and not very thoughtful. We scheduled a time to test drive a Mazda CX-5 touring because it was the perfect car with everything we have been looking for and I was going to purchase it. We drove an hour and a half to see this car and right before we got there, we were Informed it was being sold. We then went in to talk to Joseph and he said it sold and didn’t apologize for anything. Instead, he could have either told the current buyer that there is someone else in line before them and then joe could have contacted them after my scheduled appointment and let them know what happened. Either way he was going to get his sale. He then said that he has a white sport and we said we are Interested in looking at the touring and he said “well it is being bought.” The car that we drove to see was being purchased right when we got there. We were going to ask if he has another touring but based on his response there was no others since he said that the touring sold. So we left very frustrated and disappointed. We are going to another Mazda dealership to purchase this car because they are professional and they care about their customers and selling to those first in line and those who actually made an appointment to purchase a vehicle More
