I arrived before 8 am and was immediately received by the helpful service department who listened to my explanation about the odd noise my vehicle made during left turns at speed. It turned out it was a problem with one of the tires. It was addressed by moving that tire to another wheel. I'm happy to have the problem resolved and the regular maintenance also taken care of. I've owned my Kia 2 and a half years and enjoyed excellent service from Columbia Ford/Kia. More
