Had an appointment to bring my Fusion in for an airbag recall and oil change. The first visit resulted only in the oil change and normal check up as there was a part missing for the airbag replacement so recall and oil change. Charged for in detail diagnosis when my other shop was no charge, then proceeds to try and take advantage of me by charging/ quoting more than double for the parts and labor.
