Bought car in January.... Major problems no solution I have been having many issues with my vehicle that I purchased in JanuaryJanuary from Columbia Ford. The first time I brought it in for service for c I have been having many issues with my vehicle that I purchased in JanuaryJanuary from Columbia Ford. The first time I brought it in for service for check engine light on, jerky transmission, stuttering and clicking noise in engine they told me everything was fixed with an oil change. Brought it back in July for the same issues and this time they found a bit more wrong with the car. This was after we had to help them with their diagnosis and show them we knew a bit more about car repair then they thought. We got the car back again the first week of August after them having fixed it 100%. First week in September and the check engine light is back on again. This time I dropped it off on a Thursday and they looked at it on Tuesday. They told me the check engine light wasn't on and they couldn't find anything wrong with the vehicle. It still has transmission slippage, backfiring and jerking. I used to think highly of Columbia Ford but will never be going there to fix any of my other vehicles or for purchasing another vehicle. They have lied to me numerous times and am extremely disappointed. More

Trust in Ford service We went to Ford for the first time in 2000 when we owned a motorhome with a Ford chassis. We found the service excellent and Mike Pahlas (a service advisor at the time), a person to be trusted. When we needed to change our Jeep around 2006, we bought a used Ford Freestyle, and in 2013 replaced it with a Mercury Mariner in order to accommodate Robert's electric scooter. Each time we purchased a Ford product so that your service department could take care of it. Mike and Joe are the two people we have worked with the most. Personally, we are sorry to see Mike leaving, but hope that you will replace his position with someone as pleasant and trustworthy as he was. More

The repair time was quite reasonable considering the extent of dis assembly required. Joe answered our questions promptly or got back with info the next day. Over all the service was very good. More

excellent service as usual - my Kia Optima is not a hybrid- It was excellent service as usual - however, my Kia Optima is not a hybrid- it is a stick six with a gas engine. Outstanding People Had a small mishap with my Edge, when I called Joe got me in later that day. Job was completed within an hour, again to my total satisfaction. Too bad I don't have this service in Florida where I now live. The ford service department at Delray Motors there doesn't come close to Columbia Ford. I try to get ALL my service done at Columbia Ford when I am here. I do not trust anyone else BUT Columbia Ford. Mike, Joe, and Theresa are fantastic!!!! More
