Wonderful, Stress Free Experience I came to Wantagh Mazda last, after visiting a couple of other dealers that were much closer to me, knowing that Wantagh had the higher dealer ratings I came to Wantagh Mazda last, after visiting a couple of other dealers that were much closer to me, knowing that Wantagh had the higher dealer ratings. Wantagh didn't disappoint. No gimmicks, no double talk, and no clichés about "what do I have to do to get you in this car today?" (I hate that!). This is a small dealership with big capabilities, family owned, and shoe-horned into a small building, but don't let appearances fool you. They offered me options to finance or lease, and explained the terms in language that was understandable. The warm, friendly, no pressure atmosphere seemed based on my perception that the individual salespeople themselves were under no pressure to sell - a great combination for a buyer. My deal was a little out of the usual in that it was for a new 2016 Miata, and I knew that since there is a limited inventory of this Model, there was no wiggle room on price regardless of whatever dealer I chose. Nevertheless, the lease deal from Wantagh was significantly better here than other dealers I visited, and it suited my intended usage of the car very well . Joe Bonavita became my contact after I wrote an email to the dealership, and he took me through the whole process with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency. I told him I already knew a lot about the car, and I could tell he heard me because he didn't waste time explaining things that didn't need to be said, which is another sign of a great dealership. I highly recommend Joe and this dealership, for their attitude, value, and reputation. More

The dealership is family owned and you can tell that they care about the employees and their families( they are closed on Sundays). Joe Bonavita worked with me and he made the whole experience quick and painless. I would recommend this dealership and just like my friend told me I would tell others not to waste time going anywhere else. I pretty much got everything I wanted for the price I was looking for. They did not play games and made me feel like I was the only person getting a car that day. Even the finance manager came over to shake my hand and congratulate me! More

No hassles, no hard sell, and absolutely no pressure to purchase higher end packages or extended warranties. Since Phil is now a sales manager, we worked with Joe who was wonderful, of course Phil was still very involved in the sale. Everyone who works there has been a pleasure to deal with. Our first Mazda was purchased in 2003 and it's just so nice to see that over a period of 12 years, many of the same staff are still working there! That certainly tells you something! I'll be driving a Mazda as long as Wantagh Mazda continues to be there! Wonderful buying experience - thanks to everyone involved! More
