He was very professional, helpful, friendly, and most of all, honest. I told him exactly want I wanted in my lease and the very next day he gave me the perfect quote. There was no haggling, no surprise fees, the price he stated didn't change because "I didn't qualify for special promotions." He told me he would process all of my information on Friday so he car would be ready for pick up on Saturday. He even took care of the insurance for me! Saturday came and my wife and I took a cab from Brooklyn to the dealership (which was over an hour away). Just as Joe promised, we were in and out in no time. It was well worth it to go out of our way to this amazing dealership and experience WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE. More

We even brought my lawyer brother in law along for his experience in leasing and his negotiating skills. Wantagh Mazda was the second dealership we visited and ended up signing a lease right there! We worked with Phil T. who was incredibly knowledgable, friendly, honest and transparent. He knew his stuff! He let us test drive a new Mazda CX5 Grand Touring and didn't even come in the car with us. He was very confident about his product and trusted us with the dealership's car. The CX5 is a great crossover SUV. It has a fantastic drive and lots of amazing safety features. We ended up adding in a few bells and whistles and Phil T and Joe came up with a really fair lease price for us. They rolled all the taxes and fees into our monthly payment and were able to come within our budget. It was a great experience! Even my brother in law is seriously considering getting his next car at Wantagh Mazda! Thanks for a great experience! More

He set us up with a test drive and told us to take it down to Jones Beach since we were right by the parkway. Car is amazing first off. It takes a decent amount to impress me and I definitely was, I had a lot of questions and with each answer I was given Jon put my mind at ease. This was my first brand new car purchase and felt like I got exactly what I wanted with very little effort. There was no back and forth negotiating or stories like at other dealerships. I told them the price I wanted to pay and the reasons why. They came back to me and said they could do it. Even after the credit check went through it went down a little. I feel like at other dealers it always comes back higher - based on experiences my friends have had. Picked the car up on May 11th. Have had a ton of Ooos and Aaaaz over it. I would recommend this dealership and the brand to anyone. Trust me, I tried leaving no stone unturned. I asked questions up until the moment I took the keys to drive off the lot. Time taken - Test Drive (25 Mins) Brief Negotiations (20 mins) Paperwork fill out (20 mins) Car Overview (40 mins) ; this included going over all filled out paper work, signing additional things as well as being shown the vehicle and features etc. This was over the course of Saturday and Monday. This was the 3rd dealership we visited (one Honda and one Mazda dealer) before coming to Wantagh Mazda, where we dealt with Phil P. and Joe B. Both were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They said right up front that they were going to give us their best price for our trade-in and their best lease price. And that's exactly what they did. They beat the both of the other dealers we visited without knowing their offers. It was such a great experience to buy a car this way - no pressure in a relaxed environment. Everyone at the dealership was a pleasure to work with. (At the other 2 dealerships, they literally followed us out the door offering lower prices so we wouldn't leave. Who wants that?!?!) More
