Joe gave me his best price the first time. I solicited an email quotation and one was send within a day or two which beat any other quotation I received. The rest was easy. "Joe B" was a very upfront, no nonsense salesman. Negotiations were a pleasant experience without the usual "games". His personal attention plus his thorough knowledge of the car & dealer salesman. I was leasing a car for the first time, set up an appointment with Joe for a test drive and to talk about figures. I was planning to go to another dealer and test drive a different make but was imp appointment with Joe for a test drive and to talk about figures. I was planning to go to another dealer and test drive a different make but was impressed by the car and the willingness Joe had to work with me and never went to the other dealer. We started our inquires by email and Joe was very responsive to our needs and very attentive when we met him in person. When we went to pick up the car, Joe was off and Phil took over and we were ex responsive to our needs and very attentive when we met him in person. From the moment I spoke with Joe over the phone when I called for a price quote, he was super honest and I did not feel the pressure that ive felt at other dealerships!!! When I actually went to the deale called for a price quote, he was super honest and I did not feel the pressure that ive felt at other dealerships!!! When I actually went to the dealership he was very accomidating as well as the staff at Wantagh Mazda! All and all the whole experience was a ten plus in my book! More
