3 hours for an oil change and the rudest service I’ve ever experienced. They called and offered me a free oil change. When I got there I couldn’t remember if it was a text or a call that I had received o ever experienced. They called and offered me a free oil change. When I got there I couldn’t remember if it was a text or a call that I had received offering me the oil change and wiper blades. they treated me as if I was lieing about it, telling me they needed proof of it, even though it was on my account. The guy that took our car in and gave it back was short with us, unfriendly and didn’t smile. More

Bought from Joe last year and was super satisfied with the customer service. Recently I contacted him again and inquired about the 2024 Camry and immediately wanted to trade in my current vehicle. Had an the customer service. Recently I contacted him again and inquired about the 2024 Camry and immediately wanted to trade in my current vehicle. Had an appointment booked with him the next day. The application process went quick and got approved right away and next thing we know I have me a brand new car that should’ve taken months, within a month. He made sure all my car needs and wants were met and he continued to follow up and make sure any questions I had were answered. It can’t get more simple and honest than with Alamo Joe!
