I did not want to make the drive to Albany for an oil change, so I went to a local, well known shop. Well, they put my car on the lift incorrectly which resulted in noise when driving. I called Lia Honda in Albany to have a quick NYS inspection done on our Honda CRV, as our inspection was expiring on that day. The Honda service rep told me he would get me in, just drive in. Upon a inspection done on our Honda CRV, as our inspection was expiring on that day. The Honda service rep told me he would get me in, just drive in. Upon arrival, Joe Calabucci greeted me and advised me the inspection would be competed in short order. Within 15 minutes, Joe came out to tell me the vehicle was all set. I was very appreciative that Lia Honda was able to take me in on such short notice and got my inspection done very quickly. Thanks Joe! More
