My experience with service at Lia is that it has been exceedingly efficient. Previous assistance was very helpful but since last year, Joe Calabucci has been managing my car's maintenance needs. I feel with Joe as if a member of my family is looking out for my safety. I find him to be knowledgeable, ethical, and frank in his concern and advice about my safety as primary concern, while keeping in mind my costs. I feel very fortunate to have located Joe Calabucci at Lia. More

I owned a successful auto repair shop for a decade and therefore know good service (and bad) when I see it. Joe Calabucci and the folks in the service department have consistently been top notch in my opi therefore know good service (and bad) when I see it. Joe Calabucci and the folks in the service department have consistently been top notch in my opinion. The few times that I've needed service or had an issue with my Accord, he's made sure that I'm taken care of, never misleads me and has never tried to sell me something that I didn't need for my vehicle. He's also been great about giving me a heads up on a couple of issues and future services to be aware of so I'm not caught off guard if/when an issue occurs (for example, he told me my tires are going to need replacement soon... They only had 33k miles on them, which isn't usual... So I went home and checked them myself with my gauge and sure enough, the tread depth barely passes NYS Inspection requirements..ie, he wasn't lying/bs'ing me... At 33k, I wasn't even thinking about tires... But thanks to him and the tech, I can plan for the replacement (my tires run about $800)). My most recent issue was that I got a rock stuck in my dust shield (brakes) and it was making an awful noise when driving. He could've tried to tell me it was a wheel bearing or stuck/bad caliper (I knew what it was from experience... Not the same noise of course, but not everyone knows that), and he didn't do that... He told me exactly what I knew it was, charged me a half hour labor (which was more than reasonable to remove the caliper), washed my car and had it ready for pickup in less than an hour on a busy Saturday morning. So as a car guy, I completely respect how he and the service department goes about their business. It's rare to find a service dept at a dealership that's honest and doesn't try to upsell you stuff you sincerely do not need. I'll keep going back. My hat's off to them. More

I had a service appointment at Lia Honda of Albany about a month ago, and had a great experience (as always). Joe Calabucci is the service advisor who assisted me on the day I had the appointment. Joe is always very nice to me, and keeps me well informed about the services that are being done to my car. He is very knowledgeable, and he always gives me great advice about auto services I may need. I have an aging car, so I really appreciate the assistance from Joe C and the other service advisors at Lia Honda of Albany. More

No matter what the problem with my CRV, Joe C. always tries to find a fast and affordable solution. I feel like he is advocating for me and really cares about how much I love my car. I was assisted right away when I pulled in, by Joe Calabucci---he explained the necessary service to be done via the recall we had been advised about.
