No BS I told Joe what I needed, what I wanted , and what I was hoping for. He pulled up two cars with in a hour I had bought one of those cars and on my way I told Joe what I needed, what I wanted , and what I was hoping for. He pulled up two cars with in a hour I had bought one of those cars and on my way home. He never once tried to sell me on anything I wasn’t looking for or try and persuade me to buy new. He sat with me and explained every part until I understood what I was paying for and what the dealership offered and could offer. Bottom line Joe and his team made my car buying experience seamless and left me confident with my purchase. That’s what important and the warranty program that Flood offers you never see !!!
