I went to get an oil change and a tire rotation and waited for the vehicle to be completed at the dealership. It took over an hour and a half to complete and on top of that they damaged each rim. I lef waited for the vehicle to be completed at the dealership. It took over an hour and a half to complete and on top of that they damaged each rim. I left a voicemail to complain about it and they never called me back. More

Johnny was a great help, and everyone was so friendly and nice. A gentlemen even grabbed me a can of Diet Coke when I was short .50 cents for the vending machine! If it was easier to make an appointment and the wait wasn’t longer than 90 min for an oil change and tire rotation I’d strictly come to the dealership for all maintenance. More
