I had a great experience in the beginning, I was looking for a used SUV and had purchased from this place previously and had an excellent experience. That is what made me shop there in the first place. I picked out a lot of options to look through but pretty sure I was going to purchase same day, which I did. Long story short sold me a used car and the headlight went out first day so I messaged and asked if I could get it fixed to which they agreed. A month later still haven’t heard anything after calling and texting repeatedly. They were also short paying off the lien on the trade in so in order to get the paper work done quicker I had to cover the rest of the cost. Mind you it was only 100$ that it was short but it’s just the principle. I had not one but two headlights out within the first two weeks, just very frustrating. Alexis was very nice and accommodating to all of the vehicles I wanted to look at (I had about 6) just the follow up was disappointing. My first car trade in and probably my last. More
