Prior to even arriving, I spoke with Sugely Collado, BDC representative, who answered my questions in a very warm, relaxing manner, set up an appointment for me to come in, and even called to follow up with me when I was running a little late. As soon as I arrived, salesman Juan Saldarriaga immediately greeted me. He was very knowledgeable & helpful, and worked with me with everything I asked for. Sales manager Joe Sierra also was extremely customer-oriented and really showed his appreciation for having my business. For me, it's not just getting the right price but knowing you have a business that will be there for you after you sign your name on the contract, and that's the feeling that I walked away with. Koeppel will have my future business. More

I visited the store because I was interested in leasing a new car. My sales consultant, Robert Fraiser, was fantastic. He was very helpful and friendly yet professional.
